小判 商用配方 深焙 咖啡豆

「小判」是一款以餐飲店家為出發點所設計的配方咖啡豆。

有別於以往使用的半磅包裝，以及大容量的一公斤包裝，小判採用一磅袋裝規格。這是在蒐集各類餐飲店家的意見後，經過評估所選定，希望提供更符合餐飲業者需求的選擇。

風味帶有淡淡的奶油香氣，伴隨厚實的苦甜巧克力與焦糖般的風味，呈現濃郁而平衡的口感。與乳製品搭配相得益彰，無論是製作奶咖、融入甜點，或作為調酒的風味基底，都能展現出不同的風味層次。

配方名稱取自日本江戶時代流通的金幣「小判（Koban）」，我們期望這款配方能夠走進更多咖啡館、餐廳、酒吧與各式餐飲空間，成為日常營運中值得信賴的一部分。

Koban

Koban is a blend created with cafés, restaurants, and other food service businesses in mind.

Unlike our usual ½ lb retail bags or our larger 1 kg bags, Koban comes in a 1 lb bag. We chose this size after gathering feedback from businesses across the food and beverage industry, aiming to offer a more practical option that better fits their needs.

With a subtle buttery aroma and rich notes of bittersweet chocolate and caramel, Koban delivers a full-bodied, well-balanced cup. It pairs beautifully with milk and other dairy products, making it a great choice for milk-based coffee drinks. It also works wonderfully in desserts and cocktails, adding depth and complexity to every creation.

The name Koban comes from the gold coins used in Japan during the Edo period. We hope this blend will find its way into more cafés, restaurants, bars, and other food service spaces, becoming a reliable part of their everyday operations.
