依烘焙度挑選 Roast Level
咖啡豆會隨著烘焙程度不同,呈現出不同的風味表現。淺焙通常保留較多產區特色,酸質明亮,常帶有花香、果香或茶感;中焙則在酸甜平衡與口感厚度之間取得平衡,風味更圓潤,常見堅果、焦糖、可可等調性;深焙則帶來更厚實的口感與較低的酸質,風味偏向黑巧克力、焦糖或煙燻氣息。不同烘焙度能夠呈現出咖啡不同面向的風味個性。
Coffee beans express different flavors depending on the roast level.
Light roasts usually preserve more of the coffee’s origin characteristics, with bright acidity and notes of florals, fruit, or tea-like qualities.
Medium roasts strike a balance between acidity, sweetness, and body, creating a rounder flavor profile with common notes of nuts, caramel, and cacao.
Dark roasts tend to have a fuller body and lower acidity, with flavors leaning toward dark chocolate, caramel, or subtle smokiness.
Each roast level brings out a different side of the coffee’s character.
